SMRLS welcomes new board members:

Adrienne Bradley is a corporate lawyer and founder of Williams Bradley Partners Limited. She spent much of her legal career at the international law firm Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City before relocating to Minnesota and now maintains a practice in both states. She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, New York, and Arkansas.

Adrienne has also been actively engaged in pro bono work supporting nonprofit organizations and individuals. Her public service work includes representing clients in successful presidential clemency petitions and co-authoring research examining the harmful impact of solitary confinement on youth.

Adrienne joined SMRLS through its partnership with the Minnesota State Bar Association and was motivated to serve on the Board by her commitment to expanding access to justice and strengthening legal services for communities across Minnesota. She brings to the board extensive legal expertise, a commitment to pro bono service, and a strong belief in the role of legal advocacy in advancing equitable access to justice.”

Elvis Rivera is a financial services professional, entrepreneur, and civic contributor with experience across retail and institutional finance, nonprofit governance, and small business ownership. He has worked in both corporate and community-centered environments, bringing practical financial insight and a steady, collaborative approach to board service.

Elvis is a proud first-generation immigrant from Guatemala and a survivor of childhood homelessness and violence. These early experiences shaped his resilience and inform his commitment to creating greater access to quality education and postsecondary pathways, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and wealth building tools for communities historically excluded from opportunity.

In 2025, he was named a Bush Foundation Fellow and a 40 Under 40 honoree in recognition of his leadership and dedication to advancing equitable economic opportunity. He brings both professional expertise and personal conviction to the SMRLS board, grounded in service, integrity, and long term impact.
